ビットバンクでは2022年9月29日より、トラベルルールへの追加対応を行います。

トラベルルールに伴う追加対応の詳細

新たにお客様が暗号資産の出金（送付）を行う際、既に取得・保存している受取人に関する情報※に加え、「出金の目的」と「受取人の住所」が必要になる場合があります。

開始時期
- 2022年9月29日（木）
対象となるお客様
- すべてのお客様（個人・法人）
追加で取得・保存する情報
- 受取人が「本人」の場合に必要な情報
  - 出金の目的
- 受取人が「本人ではない」場合に必要な情報
  - 出金の目的
  - 受取人の住所（法人の場合は登記上の本店所在地）

※「既に取得・保存している受取人に関する情報」は2022年3月9日付のお知らせよりご確認ください

暗号資産の出金時に受取人情報をお客様ご自身で入力いただく必要があります。
操作方法をFAQにまとめましたのでご確認ください。

トラベルルールとは？

トラベルルールとは、「利用者の依頼を受けて暗号資産の出金を行う暗号資産交換業者は、出金依頼人と受取人に関する一定の事項を、出金先となる受取人側の暗号資産交換業者に通知しなければならない」というルールです。
このルールは、FATF(金融活動作業部会)が、マネーロンダリング及びテロ資金供与対策についての国際基準（FATF基準）において、各国の規制当局に対して導入を求めているものです。

トラベルルールの目的は？

テロリストその他の犯罪者が自由に電子的な資金移転システムを利用することを防ぎ、不正利用があった場合にその追跡を可能とすることを目的とするものです。

Additional Requirements

When a customer makes a new withdrawal (sending) of crypto assets, the "Withdrawal Purpose" and "Address of Payee" may be required in addition to the information※ already obtained and stored.

- All Customers (Individual and Corporate)
Additional information to be obtained and stored
- Information required when the payee is the "sender"
  - Withdrawal Purpose
- Information required when the payee is "not the sender"
  - Withdrawal Purpose
  - Address of Payee (registered head office address for corporate)

※ Please refer to the announcement on March 9, 2022 for "Payee information already obtained and stored."

You will need to enter the payee information yourself when withdrawing crypto assets.

With this addition, we will revise the content of Terms of Service.

What is the Travel Rule?

The Travel Rule is the rule that "crypto asset exchanges which withdraw crypto assets at the request of a user must notify the crypto asset exchanges on the receiving end of the withdrawal of certain information regarding the withdrawal requestor and recipient."
This rule is the one that the FATF (Financial Action Task Force) requires the regulatory authorities in each country to adopt in their international standards for combating money laundering and terrorist financing (FATF Standards).

What is the Purpose of the Travel Rule?

It is intended to prevent terrorists and other criminals from freely using the electronic funds transfer systems and to enable tracking of any unauthorized use of the systems.
