フレア（FLR）について
フレアとは、安全かつ分散されたスマートコントラクト・ネットワークの構築を行い、Ripple（XRP）、Litecoin（LTC）、Stellar（XLM）などを対象としてスマートコントラクトの実装を目指すプロジェクトです。FLRは、Flare Networks上の取引手数料の支払い、ステーキング、エコシステムの方針を決定するためのガバナンス投票に使用することができます。

- 注意事項：フレア（FLR）のエアドロップを付与する時点において退会している、またはアカウント凍結、取引停止の措置が取られている方は対象外となります。

暗号資産を貸して増やすのFLR募集開始について
フレア（FLR）の取扱いに伴い、「暗号資産を貸して増やす」につきましても募集を開始いたします。
なお、募集開始日はFLRの取扱開始日と同日を予定しております。
「暗号資産を貸して増やす」とは、ビットバンクとお客様が暗号資産の消費貸借契約を締結し、最大年率3％の暗号資産を1年後に受け取ることができるサービスです。1年間の満了日を迎えると、募集月にお客様が貸し出した暗号資産に、当社所定の利用料を加算してお返しいたします。

Acceptance of Flare (FLR) applications for “Lending for Interest”
We will start accepting applications for Flare (FLR) for "Lending for Interest" as well.
The application start date is scheduled to be the same as the listing date of FLR.
"Lending for Interest" is a service that allows customers to participate in a loan agreement with bitbank and receive crypto assets at a maximum annual rate of 3%. When the year-long contract expires, bitbank will return the crypto assets lent by the participant along with interest.
