12月29日(水)〜1月3日(月)は休業日となります。

日本円の入金
通常通り入金反映が可能ですが、金融機関の営業状況等によっては、速やかに入金反映できない場合がございます。
GMOあおぞらネット銀行へのご入金
- 名義相違の場合、即時反映ができません
住信SBIネット銀行へのご入金
- 「振込依頼人名義」項目にて必ず「入金番号」およびお名前（カナ）を続けてご記入いただく必要があります。
- ご入金時に「入金番号」の記入を忘れた場合および「入金番号」が一致しない場合には、「入金番号忘れ」となり即時反映ができません。
- 12月29日(水)以降の入金時に「入金番号忘れ」が発生した場合
- 1月4日(火)以降の反映となる可能性があります
「入金番号忘れ」については下記より確認ください。
日本円ご入金時の入金番号忘れについて
日本円の出金
年末年始につきましては、以下のような出金スケジュールとなっております。
名義相違や金融機関の営業状況等によっては予定通りご出金できない場合がございますので予めご了承ください。
- 12月28日(火)15時00分〜1月4日(火)14時59分までの出金申請
- 1月5日(水)より順次対応
なお、年内に出金完了させたい場合には、12月28日(火)14時59分までに出金申請を終えてください。

※引出額が多額の場合には1月4日(火)より順次手動にて承認させていただく可能性がございますのでご了承ください

Trading Crypto Assets
Trading of crypto assets will be available as usual during the year-end and New Year holidays.
Support Desk
Support hours are from 10:00 to 19:00 on weekdays.
We will be closed from December 29th (Wed) to January 3rd (Mon).
- The following services will not be available during the holidays
- Responses to inquiries
- Confirmation of deposits in Japanese Yen, and refund of deposits for forgotten deposit numbers
- Japanese Yen withdrawal procedures
- Identity verification approval and mailing procedures
- Account related procedures
Deposit of Japanese Yen
Deposit will be reflected as usual, however, depending on the business conditions of financial institutions, it may not be possible to reflect the deposit as soon as possible.
Deposit to GMO Aozora Net Bank
Deposit will not be reflected immediately if the name of the bank is incorrect.
Deposit to SBI Sumishin Net Bank
- When making a deposit to SBI Sumishin Net Bank, please make sure to enter the "Deposit Number" and your name in the "Payee Name" field.
- If you forget to enter the deposit number or the deposit number does not match, the deposit will not be reflected immediately.
- If you forget your deposit number when making a deposit on or after December 29th (Wed).
- It may not be reflected until January 4th (Tue) or later.

日本円ご入金時の入金番号忘れについて
Withdrawal of Japanese Yen
Withdrawal schedule is as follows for the year-end and New Year holidays.
Please note that the withdrawals may not be processed as scheduled due to the name discrepancies or business conditions of financial institutions.
- Withdrawal requests made between 15:00 on December 28th (Tue) and 14:59 on January 4th (Tue).
- Will be processed sequentially from January 5th (Wed).
If you wish to complete your withdrawal before the end of the year, please complete your withdrawal request by 14:59 on December 28th (Tue).
Deposits and Withdrawals of Crypto Assets
Deposits and withdrawals of crypto assets will be conducted as usual.
Please note that if the withdrawal amount is large, it may be manually approved in sequence from January 4th (Tue).
