インスタントメッセージアプリTelegram（テレグラム）において、当社名を騙るグループチャットが複数存在しています。

当社ではTelegramを利用しておらず、Telegram上における「bitbank」や当社ロゴを使用している全てのアカウント及びグループチャットは、当社とは一切関係ございませんのでご注意ください。

当社名を騙るグループチャットでは、個人情報が悪用される可能性が非常に高いため、疑わしいTelegramグループへの参加は避けて頂きますようお願いいたします。
また、当社名を騙るグループチャット、あるいは偽アカウントなどから不審なメッセージを受け取った場合、メッセージに記載されたURLにはアクセスせずにメッセージ自体を削除する、被害拡大防止のためブロックする、などのご対応をお願いいたします。

We have noticed that there are several group chats that deceptively use our company name on the instant messaging application Telegram.

Please note that we do NOT use Telegram, and all accounts and group chats on Telegram that use "bitbank" or our "logo" have nothing to do with us.

Please do NOT join suspicious Telegram groups since there is a high possibility that your personal information will be misused in the group chats that use our company name.

In addition, if you receive a suspicious message from group chats or a fake accounts that use our company name, please do not access the URL in the message, but delete the message itself, or block them to prevent further damage.
