2021年12月9日（木）21:00頃、イーサリアム（ETH）のハードフォーク「Arrow Glacier」が予定されております。これに伴い、当社は下記の期間においてイーサリアム（ETH）および当社で取扱いをしているイーサリアムブロックチェーン上のトークン（以下「ERC20トークン」といいます。）の預入・引出を停止いたします。
当社では下記の通り、2021年12月9日（木）午前11:00よりイーサリアム（ETH）およびERC20トークンの預入・引出を停止いたします。
預入・引出の停止について
イーサリアム（ETH）およびERC20トークンの預入・引出停止については、以下の期間を予定しております。

- 2021年12月9日（木）午後 5:00
- 預入・引出再開予定日時
- 2021年12月10日（金）午前 11:00
- 停止対象暗号資産
- ETH, BAT, OMG, LINK
ETH, BAT, OMG, LINKの売買およびその他の暗号資産の売買、預入、引出ならびに日本円の入出金は通常どおりご利用いただけます。
イーサリアム（ETH）ブロックチェーンの状況により、停止日時および再開日時が前後する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
サービスの再開について
イーサリアム（ETH）のハードフォーク完了後、当社にて十分な安定稼働を確認した上で、預入・引出を再開いたします。

Hard fork "Arrow Glacier" for Ethereum (ETH) is scheduled at around 21:00, December 9, 2021 (Thursday) Japan Standard Time (JST). Accordingly, bitbank will be suspending the deposits and withdrawals of Ethereum (ETH) and tokens on the Ethereum blockchain (hereinafter referred to as "ERC20 tokens") during the following period.
bitbank will stop the deposits and withdraws for Ethereum (ETH) and ERC20 tokens from 11:00 AM on December 9, 2021 (Friday) as follows.
Deposits and Withdrawals Suspension Dates
Deposits and withdrawals of Ethereum (ETH) and ERC20 tokens will be suspended as follows.
- Scheduled Deposits / Withdrawals Suspension Date
- 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 9, 2021 JST
- Scheduled Deposits / Withdrawals Resumption Date
- 11:00 AM, Friday, December 10, 2021 JST
- Suspended Crypto Currency
- ETH, BAT, OMG, LINK
Trading ETH, BAT, OMG and LINK as well as trading, depositing and withdrawing other crypto assets, depositing and withdrawing Japanese Yen will not be affected.
Please note that the suspension date may change depending on the status of the Ethereum (ETH) blockchain.
Service Resumption
After the Ethereum(ETH)'s hard fork is completed, we will resume the deposits and withdrawals after confirming that operations are stable.
