ボバネットワーク（BOBA）とは、イーサリアムの課題である「スケーラビリティ問題」などを解決するために、実用的なLayer2ソリューションを提供するプロジェクトです。

BOBAのエアドロップについて

このたび、OMG Network（OMG）の保有者に対するBOBAのエアドロップについて、当社の付与予定日が決定（以下「本決定」といいます。）しましたのでお知らせします。

本決定におきましては、過去にお知らせしました通り、2021年11月12日午前9時（日本時間）に取得したスナップショットに基づいて、OMGの保有数量に対して1対1の割合で数量を確定するものとします。

付与対象数量の基準日時および条件

付与予定日：2022年3月14日（月）（システムメンテナンス中に付与予定）
付与数量：2021年11月12日午前9時（日本時間）のOMG保有数量と同じ数量
付与対象となるお客様：BOBAを付与する日（以下「付与日」といいます。）時点において退会していないか、アカウント凍結、取引停止の措置が取られていない方となります。付与日の時点でアカウントのない方等は所定の確認及び手続きが必要となります。こちらまでお問い合わせください。

契約締結前交付書面兼説明書の改訂について

暗号資産を貸して増やす 2022年3月期のBOBA募集開始のお知らせ

ボバネットワーク（BOBA）の取扱いに伴い、「暗号資産を貸して増やす」につきましてもBOBAの募集を開始いたします。
なお、募集開始日は取扱開始日（3月14日）と同日を予定しております。

「暗号資産を貸して増やす」とは、ビットバンクとお客様が暗号資産の消費貸借契約を締結し、最大年率3％の暗号資産を1年後に受け取ることができるサービスです。1年間の満了日を迎えると、募集月にお客様が貸し出した暗号資産に、当社所定の利用料を加算してお返しいたします。

BOBA Airdrop Distribution

We are pleased to announce that the scheduled distribution date has been fixed for the BOBA airdrop for OMG Network (OMG) holders.
As described on our official website, the BOBA airdrop amount is fixed based on the ratio of 1:1 (for every 1 OMG, token holders will receive 1 BOBA) based on a snapshot on November 12, 2021 at 9:00 am (JST).

Conditions for BOBA Airdrop Distribution

Distribution date：March 14, 2022 JST (scheduled during system maintenance)
Amount of BOBA to be distributed：The amount equal to OMG holdings as of November 12, 2021 at 9:00 am (JST).
Eligible customers: Customers with accounts that have not been closed or suspended as of the BOBA distribution date. Those who do not have an account with us as of the distribution date are required to follow the verification procedures. Acceptance of BOBA Network (BOBA) applications for “Lending for Interest” from March 2022

We will start accepting applications for BOBA Network (BOBA) for "Lending for Interest" as well.
The application start date is scheduled to be the same as the handling start date (March 14).

"Lending for Interest" is a service that allows customers to participate in a loan agreement with bitbank and receive crypto assets at a maximum annual rate of 3%. When the year-long contract expires, bitbank will return the crypto assets lent by the participant along with interest.
