2024年4月18日（木）頃、ビルドアンドビルド（BNB）のアップデートが予定されております。これに伴い、当社は下記の期間において以下の対象暗号資産の預入・引出を停止いたします。
預入・引出の停止について

停止対象暗号資産の売買およびその他の暗号資産の売買、預入、引出ならびに日本円の入出金は通常どおりご利用いただけます。
ビルドアンドビルド（BNB）のアップデートの状況により、停止日時および再開日時が前後する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
預入・引出の再開について
ビルドアンドビルド（BNB）のアップデート完了後、当社にて十分な安定稼働を確認した上で、預入・引出を再開いたします。再開時にはブログにてご案内しますので、ご確認をお願いいたします。
なお、マネロン・テロ資金供与対策ガイドラインへの対応に伴い、2024年3月31日（日）18時00分 ~ 2024年4月23日（火）18時00分までの期間、暗号資産の引出について送付先の受取人が「本人」の場合のみご利用いただけます（※1）。
※1 送付先の受取人が「本人」の場合であっても、マネロン・テロ資金供与対策等の観点から、一部の出金目的において暗号資産の引出（送付）申請が制限される場合がございます。

The Build N Build (BNB) update is scheduled for around Thursday, April 18, 2024 Japan Standard Time (JST). Accordingly, bitbank will be suspending the deposits and withdrawals of the following eligible crypto assets during the following period.

- Scheduled Deposits / Withdrawals Resumption Date
- Around 3:00 PM, Friday, April 19, 2024 JST

You can continue to trade crypto assets subject to suspension. You can trade, deposit, and withdraw other crypto assets as well as deposit and withdraw Japanese Yen as usual.
Please note that the suspension date and resumption date may change depending on the status of the Build N Build (BNB) update.
Deposits and Withdrawals Resumption
After the Build N Build (BNB) update is completed, we will resume deposits and withdrawals after confirming that operations are stable. Please note that we will announce when these services become operational on our blog.
In accordance with the Guidelines for Anti-Money Laundering and combating the financing of terrorism policies, during the period from Sunday 18:00 on March 31, 2024 (JST) to Tuesday 18:00 on April 23, 2024 (JST), the application can be used only if the payee is the "principal" (*1).
*1 Even if the payee is the "principal", there may be cases where applications for withdrawal (sending) of crypto assets will be restricted for certain withdrawal purposes in order to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
