2023年4月13日（木）頃、イーサリアム（ETH）のアップグレード「Shanghai」が予定されております。これに伴い、当社は下記の期間においてイーサリアム（ETH）および当社で取扱いをしているイーサリアムブロックチェーン上のトークン（以下「ERC20トークン」といいます。）の預入・引出を停止いたします。
預入・引出の停止について
イーサリアム（ETH）およびERC20トークンの預入・引出停止については、以下の期間を予定しております。
- 預入・引出停止予定日時
- 2023年4月12日（水）17:00頃
- 預入・引出再開予定日時
- 2023年4月13日（木）15:00頃
- 停止対象暗号資産
- ETH, BAT, OMG, LINK, MKR, BOBA, ENJ, MATIC, AXS, SAND, GALA, CHZ, APE
停止対象暗号資産の売買およびその他の暗号資産の売買、預入、引出ならびに日本円の入出金は通常どおりご利用いただけます。
イーサリアム（ETH）ブロックチェーンの状況により、停止日時および再開日時が前後する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
預入・引出の再開について
イーサリアム（ETH）のアップグレード完了後、当社にて十分な安定稼働を確認した上で、預入・引出を再開いたします。再開時にはブログにてご案内しますので、ご確認をお願いいたします。

The Ethereum (ETH) upgrade, "Shanghai" is scheduled for around April 13, 2023 (Thu) Japan Standard Time (JST). Accordingly, bitbank will be suspending the deposits and withdrawals of Ethereum (ETH) and tokens on the Ethereum blockchain (hereinafter referred to as "ERC20 tokens") during the following period.
Deposits and Withdrawals Suspension Dates
Deposits and withdrawals of Ethereum (ETH) and ERC20 tokens will be suspended as follows.
- Scheduled Deposits / Withdrawals Suspension Date
- Around 5:00 PM, Wednesday, April 12, 2023 JST
- Scheduled Deposits / Withdrawals Resumption Date
- Around 3:00 PM, Thursday, April 13, 2023 JST
- Suspended Crypto Assets
- ETH, BAT, OMG, LINK, MKR, BOBA, ENJ, MATIC, AXS, SAND, GALA, CHZ, APE
Trading ETH and ERC20 tokens, as well as trading, depositing and withdrawing other crypto assets, depositing and withdrawing Japanese Yen will not be affected.
Please note that the suspension date and Resumption Date may change depending on the status of the Ethereum (ETH) blockchain.
Deposits and Withdrawals Resumption
After the Ethereum (ETH) upgrade is completed, we will resume deposits and withdrawals after confirming that operations are stable. Please note that we will announce when these services become operational on our blog.
