2022年7月および2021年3月にご案内のとおり、セキュリティ向上施策の一環として、一部暗号資産におけるお客様の預入アドレスを変更いたしましたが、旧預入アドレスでの預け入れ反映を2023年4月18日15:00を持ちまして停止させていただきます。
旧預入アドレスの停止対象となる暗号資産は下記の通りです。

ビットコインキャッシュ（BCC）
ライトコイン（LTC）
モナコイン（MONA）
クアンタム（QTUM）
イーサリアム (ETH)
以下、預入アドレス変更に際し、重要な点となりますのでご確認お願いします。
- ビットバンクに暗号資産を送付いただく際は、各暗号資産の入金画面に表示されている預入アドレスをご利用ください
- 預入アドレスが表示がされていない場合は、 "預入アドレスの発行” をお願いいたします
- 停止日時以降に旧預入アドレスに送付された資産は預入の反映を行うことができません

As announced on July, 2022 and March, 2021, we have changed the customer's deposit address for some crypto assets. We will stop reflecting deposits to the old deposit address at 15:00 on April 18, 2023.
Crypto assets subject to termination of old deposit addresses are as follows:

Please note the following important points when changing your deposit address.
- When sending crypto assets to bitbank, please use the deposit address displayed on the deposit screen for each crypto asset.
- If the deposit address is not displayed, please click on "預入アドレスの発行" which means "Create Deposit Address".
- Crypto assets sent to the old deposit address after the termination date will not be reflected in the deposit.
