年末年始のスケジュールについてお知らせします。

通常通りご利用いただけます。

サポート窓口

サポート営業時間は、平日の10時から19時です。
12月29日（金）〜1月3日（水）は休業日となります。

日本円の入金

GMOあおぞらネット銀行への入金

• GMOあおぞらネット銀行への入金は通常通りご利用いただけます
• 名義相違の場合、即時反映ができませんのでご留意ください

住信SBIネット銀行への入金

• 臨時メンテナンス期間中の住信SBIネット銀行以外からの日本円入金は、1月4日（木）8時以降に順次反映の予定です
• 住信SBIネット銀行宛ての入金は通常通りご利用いただけます
• 「入金番号忘れ」については下記より確認ください

日本円の出金

住信SBIネット銀行において、下記の通り臨時メンテナンスが予定されているため、メンテナンス期間中は住信SBIネット銀行宛以外への日本円の即時出金は行われません。
12月29日（金）15時以降の住信SBIネット銀行宛以外の日本円出金は、1月4日（木）8時以降に順次出金先口座へ反映されるため、年内の出金をご希望の方は、12月28日（木）14:59までに出金手続きをお済ませください。
なお、住信SBIネット銀行宛のご出金は通常通りご利用いただけます。

住信SBIネット銀行の臨時メンテナンスについて

• 日時：12月29日（金）15:00〜1月4日（木）8:00

  • Japanese Yen withdrawal procedures
  • Identity verification approval and mailing procedures
  • Account related procedures

Deposit of Japanese Yen

Deposit to GMO Aozora Net Bank

• Deposit will not be reflected immediately if the transferring name is incorrect.

Deposit to SBI Sumishin Net Bank

• During the temporary maintenance period, speedy deposit from banks other than SBI Sumishin Net Bank will not be available.
• Deposits received from other banks after 3:00 p.m. on December 29 (Fri) will be reacted after 8:00 a.m. on January 4 (Thu).

Rules for Japanese Yen Deposits

Withdrawal of Japanese Yen

• During the temporary maintenance period, speed withdrawals to banks other than SBI Sumishin Net Bank will not be available.
• Withdrawals made to other banks after 3:00 p.m. on December 29 (Fri.) will be reflected after 8:00 a.m. on January 4 (Thu.).
  If you wish to complete your withdrawal before the end of the year, please complete your withdrawal request by 14:59 on December 28th (Thu).

Deposits and Withdrawals of Crypto Assets

Deposits and withdrawals of crypto assets will be conducted as usual.
Please note that if the withdrawal amount is large, it may be manually approved in sequence from January 4th (Thu).
