このたび、ソングバード（以下「SGB」といいます。）に関する当社の付与・取扱方針について、日本円に換金して付与することを決定いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。なお、付与金額につきましては、2020年12月12日午前9時（日本時間）に取得したXRP保有数量のスナップショット（1対0.151095の割合）に基づく数量を日本円に換算したものとなります。
付与対象となる基準日時および条件
- 付与対象となるお客様
- 2020年12月12日午前9時（日本時間）時点でXRPを保有していた方
- 付与予定日
- 2023年6月29日（木）
- 付与に用いる当社日本円換算レート
- 0.635円
- 注意事項
- SGBを日本円に換金して付与する時点に退会している、アカウント凍結または取引停止の措置が取られている方は対象外となります
- 「暗号資産を貸して増やす」で貸し出されたXRPについては付与対象外となります
システムメンテナンスについて
当該付与にかかる対応のため、付与日の10:00~11:30の間、システムメンテナンスを実施します。
この時間帯は全てのサービスをご利用いただくことができません。
メンテナンス時間は作業状況により前後する可能性がございます。予めご了承ください。

Please be informed that we have decided to grant Songbird (referred to as "SGB" hereinafter) by converting it into JPY.
Regarding the grant amount, it will be determined based on the snapshot of the XRP holdings obtained at 9:00 AM on December 12, 2020 (JST), using a ratio of 1:0.151095.
Conditions for Grant Eligibility
- Eligible customers: Those who held XRP in our accounts as of 9:00 AM on December 12, 2020 (JST).
- Grant date: June 29, 2023
- Exchange rate for the grant: 0.635 JPY
- Please note that customers with accounts that have been closed or suspended are NOT eligible.
- In addition, XRP lent out by "Lending for Interest" is not eligible for the grant.
About System Maintenance
System maintenance will be performed between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM on the day of the grant.
Please note that all services are NOT available during this time.
Maintenance time may vary depending on work progress.
