ゴールデンウィークのスケジュールについてお知らせします。

暗号資産の売買

ゴールデンウィーク期間中も通常通り暗号資産のお取引が可能です。

サポート窓口

サポート営業時間は、平日の10時から19時です。
4月29日(金)、5月3日(火)〜5月5日(木)、5月7日(土)、5月8日(日)は休業日となります。

  • お問い合わせに対する回答
  • 日本円入金確認、および入金番号忘れの入金反映
  • 日本円出金手続き
  • 本人確認の承認および郵送の手続き
  • アカウントに関する手続き

日本円の入金

通常通り入金反映が可能ですが、金融機関の営業状況等によっては、速やかに入金反映できない場合がございます。

GMOあおぞらネット銀行へのご入金

• 名義相違の場合、即時反映ができません

住信SBIネット銀行へのご入金

• 「振込依頼人名義」項目にて必ず「入金番号」およびお名前（カナ）を続けてご記入いただく必要があります。
• ご入金時に「入金番号」の記入を忘れた場合および「入金番号」が一致しない場合には、「入金番号忘れ」となり即時反映ができません。
  • 4月28日(木)以降の入金時に「入金番号忘れ」が発生した場合
    • 5月2日(月)以降の反映となる可能性があります
  • 5月2日(月)以降の入金時に「入金番号忘れ」が発生した場合
    • 5月6日(金)以降の反映となる可能性があります

「入金番号忘れ」については下記より確認ください。
日本円ご入金時の入金番号忘れについて

日本円の出金

ゴールデンウィーク期間中につきましては、以下のような出金スケジュールとなっております。
名義相違や金融機関の営業状況等によっては予定通りご出金できない場合がございますので予めご了承ください。

• 4月27日(水)15時00分〜4月28日(木)14時59分までの出金申請
  • 5月2日(月)より順次対応
• 4月28日(木)15時00分〜5月2日(月)14時59分までの出金申請
  • 5月6日(金)より順次対応
• 5月2日(月)15時00分〜5月6日(金)14時59分までの出金申請
  • 5月9日(月)より順次対応

暗号資産の預入・引出

通常通りご利用いただけます。
※引出額が多額の場合には5月9日(月)より順次手動にて承認させていただく可能性がございますのでご了承ください

Trading Crypto Assets

Trading of crypto assets will be available as usual during the Golden Week.

Support Desk

Support hours are from 10:00 to 19:00 on weekdays.
We will be closed from April 29th (Fri), May 3rd (Tue) - May 5th (Thu), May 7th (Sat), May 8th (Sun).

• The following services will not be available during the holidays
• Responses to inquiries
• Confirmation of deposits in Japanese Yen, and refunds of deposits with no deposit numbers
• Japanese Yen withdrawal procedures
• Identity verification approval and mailing procedures
• Account related procedures

Deposits of Japanese Yen

Deposits will be reflected as usual, however, depending on the business conditions of financial institutions, it may not be possible to reflect deposits immediately.

Deposits to GMO Aozora Net Bank

Deposits will not be reflected immediately in case the payee name is incorrect.

Deposits to SBI Sumishin Net Bank

• When making a deposit to SBI Sumishin Net Bank, please make sure to enter your "Deposit Number" and your name in the "Payee Name" field.
• If you forget to enter your deposit number or the deposit number does not match, the deposit will not be reflected immediately.
  • If you forget to enter your deposit number when making a deposit on or after April 28th (Thu).
    • It may not be reflected until May 2nd (Mon) or later.
  • If you forget to enter your deposit number when making a deposit on or after May 2nd (Mon).
    • It may not be reflected until May 6th (Fri) or later.

日本円ご入金時の入金番号忘れについて

Withdrawals of Japanese Yen

Withdrawal schedule is as follows during the Golden Week.
Please note that withdrawals may not be processed as scheduled due to name discrepancies or business conditions of financial institutions.

• Withdrawal requests made between 15:00 on April 27th (Wed) and 14:59 on April 28th (Thu).
• Will be processed in sequence from May 2nd (Mon).
• Withdrawal requests made between 15:00 on April 28th (Thu) and 14:59 on May 2nd (Mon).
• Will be processed in sequence from May 6th (Fri).
• Withdrawal requests made between 15:00 on May 2nd (Mon) and 14:59 on May 6th (Fri).
• Will be processed in sequence from May 9th (Mon).

Deposits and Withdrawals of Crypto Assets

Deposits and withdrawals of crypto assets will be available as usual.
Please note that it may be manually approved in sequence from May 9th (Mon) if the withdrawal amount is large.
