いつもビットバンクをご利用いただき、ありがとうございます。

当社はSparkトークン付与に係るお客様資産（XRP）のスナップショット取得のため、2020年12月12日（土）8:00より、XRPの出金（送付）を停止しておりましたが、2020年12月12日（土）9:16より再開いたしました。また、2020年12月12日（土）午前9:00（日本時間）における、スナップショットの取得が完了したことをお知らせいたします。

※スナップショットの取得はお客様にSparkトークンの付与を確約するものではございません。

リップル（XRP）の出金（送付）サービスを再開いたしました。

  • 再開日時：2020年12月12日（土）9:16

Sparkトークンの付与・取扱に係る方針について

  • 当社は、Sparkトークン付与に係る権利確定のため、お客様資産（XRP）のスナップショットを取得しております。
    • 取得日時：2020年12月12日（土）午前9:00（日本時間）
  • Sparkトークンが2022年6月12日までに日本暗号資産取引業協会（JVCEA）と金融庁に上場承認された場合、当該国内事業者はSparkトークンを請求しXRP保持者に分配します。

※国内事業者の取扱開始のためには、法令や自主規制団体の規則に沿った手続きがございます。
※取扱の開始等の今後の進捗は、決定し次第、各社サイト等にてご案内をさせていただきます。
※個社の取扱審査・システム対応状況等に応じて取扱開始やトークン付与の時期が左右される可能性があります。
※Sparkトークンの発行元であるFlare Networksの方針変更その他の事由により、方針変更となる場合がございます。

We have been suspending withdrawals for XRP from 8:00 Saturday December 12, 2020 Japan Standard Time (JST), for the purpose of acquiring a Snapshot in the event that we distribute Spark Token. We hereby announce withdrawals for XRP will resume from 9:16 Saturday, December 12, 2020 JST, and that the Snapshot has been successfully acquired on 9:00 Saturday, December 12, 2020 JST.

※The Snapshot alone does not guarantee the distribution of Spark Token.
※Please check the “Policies on the distribution and listing of Spark Token“ section below for more details.

Details on XRP withdrawals

We have now resumed withdrawals for Ripple (XRP).

  • Restart date：9:16 Saturday, December 12, 2020 JST

Policies on the distribution and listing of Spark Token

  • The Snapshot has been taken based on your XRP amount, in order to vest the rights related to the distribution of Spark token.
    • Snapshot date：9:00 Saturday, 12 December 2020 JST

If Spark token is officially approved for listing by the Japan Virtual and Crypto assets Exchange Association (JVCEA) and the Financial Services Agency by June 22, 2022 JST, we will claim Spark token and distribute it to each exchange's XRP holders.

  • Exchanges are required to meet procedures in accordance with regulations and the rules of self-regulatory organizations, when deciding to list new currencies.
  • Updates, such as when and how Spark will be listed will be announced on each company's website.
  • The timing of listing and distribution may change depending on each individual exchange, in consideration of their respective policies or system conditions.
  • These terms may change depending on the policy of Flare Networks, the issuer of Spark tokens, or any other reasons.
