ビットコインキャッシュ（BCC）の入出金受付を再開しました。
入出金時には、注意点をよく確認した上でサービスをご利用ください。

We have been suspending deposits and withdrawals for Bitcoin Cash (BCC) from 17:00 Friday November 13, 2020 Japan Standard Time (JST). We hereby announce deposits and withdrawals for BCC have been resumed from 12:40 Monday, November 30, 2020 JST.

いつもビットバンクをご利用いただきありがとうございます。

ビットコインキャッシュ（BCC）のアップグレードに伴い、2020年11月13日（金）17:00よりBCCの入出金を停止しておりましたが、2020年11月30日（月）11:00より入出金サービスを再開いたしますのでお知らせします。

BCCの入出金再開について

以下の対象サービスにおいて、ビットコインキャッシュ（BCC）に関連する入出金サービスを再開いたします。

BCCの入出金時の注意点について

ビットコインキャッシュ（BCC）は2020年11月15日（日）より、Bitcoin Cash Node（以下「BCC」としますが、BCH、BCHNと呼ばれることもございます）およびBitcoin Cash ABC（以下「BCHA」とします）の2つのブロックチェーンに分岐しております。

当社ではBCCについてのみ、入出金サービスの再開を行う予定です。入出金時には、以下の注意点をよく確認した上でサービスをご利用ください。

入金時の注意点

ビットバンクの「ビットコインキャッシュ入金用アドレス」にBCHA等、その他の暗号資産を送付された場合、お客さま資産には反映されません。当社は入金の取り消しができませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

出金時の注意点

ビットバンクの「ビットコインキャッシュ引出用アドレス」にBCHA等、その他の暗号資産のアドレスを指定し、出金を完了させてしまった場合、お客さまの資産が失われる可能性が極めて高くなります。送付先のサービスにおいてBCCのアドレスであることを必ず確認して出金申請を行ってください。当社は出金完了後のBCCについて一切の責任を負うことができません。

BCHAの付与・取扱に係る方針について

  • 当社は、BCHAの発生時点におけるお客様資産のスナップショットを取得しております。
  • 取得日時：2020年11月13日午後17時00分頃
  • スナップショットの取得は、当社における付与と売買の提供を前提としておりません。
  • 当社は、BCHAに限定されず当社の裁量に基づき当該暗号資産の取り扱い可否を決定するものとし、次に掲げる事項などに該当する場合、付与を行わないことがあります。
  • リプレイ攻撃保護が困難であり、お客様資産の保全ができない場合
  • プロトコルに脆弱性があり、不正にトランザクションを送信できるなどのバックドアが含まれる場合
  • 反社会的勢力との関わりがあるか、反社会的行為に携わっている場合
  • その他、当社の裁量により、取り扱いが困難であると判断した場合
  • 当社は、上記についてすべて問題がないと判断した場合にのみ、市場環境を考慮の上、改めて当該暗号資産の付与の検討を行います。尚、取り扱いを開始する際には、分岐時点に取得したスナップショットに基づき、当該暗号資産の付与を併せて行います。

当社は顧客資産保全および当該暗号資産におけるリプレイ攻撃保護対策、その他セキュリティ上のリスクなどを勘案し審査を行った上で、当社の裁量に基づいて取り扱いの可否を決定いたします。

Resuming deposits and withdrawals

We will resume accepting deposits and withdrawals for Bitcoin Cash (BCC) .

Precautions regarding new deposits and withdrawals

Bitcoin Cash(BCC) has hardforked into 2 blockchains on Sunday November 15, 2020; Bitcoin Cash Node (also referred as BCH or BCHN, but cited as BCC), and Bitcoin Cash ABC(BCHA).

We will only resume deposits and withdrawals for BCC. Please take note of the following precautions.

Deposits

bitbank will only accept BCC when depositing to our "Bitcoin Cash Deposit Address". Any other currencies such as BCHA will not be reflected, and cannot be cancelled nor retrieved once sent.

Withdrawals

If you specify the address of another currency such as BCHA as your "Bitcoin Cash withdrawal address" and process your withdrawal, there is an extremely high possibility that your assets will be lost. Please be sure to confirm that the destination is intended for a BCC address before applying for a withdrawal. bitbank will not take any responsibility for BCC that has been withdrawn.

Policies regarding distribution of BCHA

  • We have taken a snapshot of our customers' assets at the time of BCHA's issuance.
  • Snapshot date: around 17:00 pm, November 13, 2020 JST
  • Snapshots are not premised on the distribution and trading of BCHA.
  • The Company shall decide whether the new cryptocurrency (not limited to BCHA) shall be distributed based on its own discretion, and may decide not to distribute the currency if the following matters apply.
  • When replay attacks disallow the protection of customer assets
  • If the protocol is vulnerable and contains a backdoor such as being able to send transactions illegally
  • If you are associated with antisocial forces or involved in antisocial behavior
  • If we decide that distribution is difficult for any other legitimate reason.

We will consider distribution only when we judge that there are no outstanding issues with all of the above points, in addition to market conditions. The relevant cryptocurrencies will be distributed based on the snapshot taken at the time of forking.

We will finalize whether or not to distribute the currency at our discretion after conducting an examination in consideration of customer asset protection, replay attack protection measures, and other security risks.
