メンテナンスに伴う注意事項
- システムメンテナンス終了から２時間の間、日本円の入出金および仮想通貨の預入・引出および貸して増やすの募集が一時的に停止いたします。メンテナンス期間中に行われた入金・預入は、その後に順次反映されます。予めご注意ください。
- システムメンテナンスに際して、メール認証が完了していない「日本円出金」、「仮想通貨引出」および「貸して増やす」のリクエストは強制的にキャンセルされますので、ご注意ください。
- 2019年10月18日15:00より、「注文履歴(過去分)」「取引履歴(過去分)」の更新が行われません。2019年10月16日15:00以降に発注した注文および取引を検索する場合は、通常の「注文履歴」「取引履歴」をご利用ください。
機能の変更について
注文一覧・履歴の表示に関する変更
- アカウント画面＞注文履歴・取引履歴
- 注文履歴ページにおいて、アクティブな注文が「未約定」タブに、クローズされた注文が「注文履歴」タブに表示される仕様に変更されます。
- また、「注文履歴」「取引履歴」から48時間より過去の注文、取引も検索できるようになります。
注文ステータスの追加
- 注文ステータスにREJECTED（日本語表記：無効）が追加されます。
- REJECTEDになる条件は以下のとおりです。
- 成行注文（FOK）が条件にマッチせず成立しない場合
- 指値注文の数量がオーダーブックに対して過剰な場合
注文の挙動変更
- 成行注文の注文執行条件がFOK（Fill or Kill）に変更されます。
- ※FOK（Fill or Kill）とは、注文した数量がすべて約定しない場合に却下（取消）される注文執行条件です。
- オーダーブックに対して過剰な数量の注文が発注された場合に、無効となる場合がございます。

過負荷時の注文受付等における挙動の変更
- 取引所ステータス高負荷状態のしきい値が大幅に引き上げられます。
- 取引所ステータス高負荷状態における成行注文制限、指値注文数量制限が撤廃されます。
- 注文受付キューがマッチングエンジンの設定受付上限に達した場合、全注文が受付停止になる場合がございます。
APIをご利用の方へ
既存のAPIエンドポイントのレスポンス内容に変更はございませんが、注文ステータスやエラーコードが新たに追加されています。追加される注文ステータスおよびエラーコードをご確認ください。

* If maintenance is completed earlier than scheduled, the service will resume without waiting for the scheduled end time.
Precautions for maintenance
- During the two hours following the end of system maintenance, Japanese yen deposits and withdrawals, cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals, and lending will be temporarily suspended. Deposits made during the maintenance period will be reflected sequentially thereafter. Please be careful beforehand.
- Please note that requests for “Japanese yen withdrawal”, “cryptocurrency withdrawal”, and “lending” that have not completed email authentication will be forcibly canceled during the system maintenance.
- From 15:00 on October 18th, 2019, "Order History (= 注文履歴) (for up until two days ago)" and "Transaction History (= 取引履歴) (for up until two days ago)" will not be updated. To search for orders and transactions placed after 15:00 on October 16, 2019, please use the normal "Order History" and "Transaction History".
About function changes
Changes to order list/history display (Order List = 注文一覧, Order History = 注文履歴)
- Account page (= アカウント画面) > Order history (= 注文履歴) / Transaction history (= 取引履歴)
- On the order history page, the active order will appear under the “Unfilled (= 未約定)” tab and the closed order will appear under the “Order history (= 注文履歴)” tab.
- You can also search past orders and transactions for the last 48 hours from “Order History (= 注文履歴)” and “Transaction History (= 取引履歴)”.
Newly add order status
- "REJECTED" will be added to the order status.
- The conditions for orders to become REJECTED are as follows.
- When a market order (FOK) does not match the conditions and not fulfilled
- If the limit order quantity is excessive for the order book
Changes to order behavior
- The order execution condition for a market order is changed to FOK (Fill or Kill).
- * FOK (Fill or Kill) is an order execution condition that rejects (cancels) order if all ordered quantities are not filled.
- Order may become invalid if an excessive quantity is placed against the order book.
Newly added error codes
Error code Details
- 70012 A system error has occurred. Please contact support
- 70013 Orders and order cancellations are temporarily limited due to the increased system load.
- 70014 Due to the increasing system load, withdrawal applications, and withdrawal application cancellations are temporarily restricted.
- 70015 The system load is currently increasing, so we temporarily limit lending applications and lending application cancellations.
- 70016 The request cannot be accepted because the lending application and lending application cancellation are suspended
- 70017 The specified product cannot be accepted because the order is suspended
- 70018 The specified product cannot be accepted because it is in the order and cancellation suspension
- 70019 Order canceling
Changes to behavior when the system receives orders while being overloaded
- The threshold for the exchange status to become heavily loaded will be significantly raised.
- The order limits for market order and limit order while the exchange status is heavily loaded will be abolished.
- If the order acceptance queue reaches the maximum limit for the matching engine, all orders may be suspended.
For API users
There is no change in the response contents of existing API endpoints, but order status and error codes are newly added. Check the added order status and error code.
